I have a 1099-R from my Calpers retirement pension for disability retirement, but I cannot find it in your list or if I enter it in. How do I proceed?

Here is a list of organizations that upload forms to TurboTax. Calpers is not on the list.

You will have to manually enter the 1099-R. Here are instructions on how to enter the 1099-R.
