Solved

I have a 401k thru my job. They took $605.38 thru out the year. I didn't receive a 1099-R, nor do I know who my job works with for my 401k. How do I put this on my taxes?

Your contributions to your 401(k) at work are already deducted from your taxable wages reported in box 1 of your form W-2 and are excluded from taxation. They are also reported in box 12 of your form W-2 with code D.

You do not need to enter this amount again in Turbotax.
