I have a 403b Roth IRA and am a school teacher. I did not receive a 1099. Was I supposed to receive some kind of documentation for this account?

A designated Roth account in a 403(b) is not a Roth IRA.  If you made no distributions from your 403(b), there is no tax document that you would have received other than your W-2 showing your contributions made for the year.  Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
