Solved

I have a list of things that are "wrong" with my return. "All of the following lines have a zero value" - but they don't. HELP

The list: Lines 7b, 8b, 12a, 12b, 13b, 16, 19. I've filled out all info, but it won't file or accept.

A federal tax return with no taxable income entered cannot be e-filed, it can only be printed and mailed.

What type of income did you enter on the federal tax return?

If you only entered Social Security benefits, then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.  Unless you had federal taxes withheld from the benefit payments.  Or you had health care insurance provided by one of the Marketplace Exchanges and received a Form 1095-A.
