I have a problem with my state taxes with retirement exclusion but I am 62 and not on disability and was the army many years ago George gave me credit for this why?

A Georgia resident age 62 or older is eligible for the Retirement Income Exclusion on the Georgia state income tax return.

For taxpayers age 62 - 64 the exclusion is up to $35,000. For taxpayer age 65 or older the exclusion is up to $65,000
