I have a retirement plan from ADP which they send out the w-2s and I haven't gotten them yet ?

What haven't you got yet? The year is not over yet. They have until Jan 31 to send you the W2 and any 1099 forms.

"I have a retirement plan...."

If you mean you are receiving a retirement pension or retirement benefits, you will not get a W-2 for that, you will get a 1099R.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
