I have a retirement savings, shouldn't I have gotten credit for it?
Line 34 of my tax return is for retirement savings contributions credit and it is blank, but I entered my information from my W2, is this information recorded somewhere else?
The Retirement Savings Credit qualifications are on your income.
See below for the 2016 limits. If your income is higher than that on the table for your filing status, then you're not able to take it.
