You are in the wrong section to enter a SSA-1099

To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button

Or enter ssa-1099 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ssa-1099

The form I entered into is the SSA 1099 and when I get to the final review it is requiring a EIN number and won't let me go forward to file. Stuck

Delete the form where you entered your SSA-1099.  It was entered in the wrong section of the program.  There is no EIN on a SSA-1099.

@gladstonehs1977 , there is never any ids for SSA  --- just tell TurboTax that you have Social Security income and you will see two columns for entry of the respective boxes from form SSA-1099.   That is all that is required --- you don;t enter it under  Pensions ( 1099-R ).
