Question

I have a traditional IRA, but I lost the job that provided it. So I made contributions to an IRA but i dont plan on making any more. Im not sure how to answer?

Jobs don't provide IRAs.  If your job had a qualified plan, that would be a 401k, 403b, or something similar.  That is NOT the same as an IRA.

 

If you have workplace contributions to a qualified workplace plan, that is recorded on your W-2 and Turbotax sees it automatically.  Don't enter those contributions anywhere else.  If you contributed separately to a private IRA that you set up yourself, you do list those contributions.
