Question

I have an inheritance IRA ( that includes stocks and bonds) & a 401k. How do I know if I need form (s) for the benefits if I’m not withdrawing anything?

The IRA is in an investment fund with stocks and bonds, and the 401k is with my work

If you took no action, no report is required, unless you missed a required minimum distribution.

For an Inherited IRA, depending on the applicable Tax Code, you may be required to take RMD based on the owner's age at passing and other circumstances.
