Question

I have boxes empty from numbers 3,5,6,78,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 16. This is only my sick pay from my job retired .my day I didn't use before I retired.Thank you!

This is not a IRA .I need to move on taken to much time with this question.

Assuming you are referring to a Form W-2 for wages, and you do have amounts in Boxes 1 and 2, enter the W-2 in TurboTax under Wages and Income, Job (W-2). The amount you are paid for accumulated sick days is taxable as wages.

 

Box 1 shows your total taxable income paid by your employer including any wages, salary, tips, bonuses, and other taxable compensation. Box 2 shows the total amount of federal income tax withheld by your employer on your behalf.
