I have entered my address of my 1099-R it is 31 characters long but will not allow me to move on.

This 1099-R is for my Military Retired Pay

The IRS tracks Form 1099-R by the payer's TIN Tax Identification Number and your Social Security Number, it does not track or verify addresses on the form. You do not have to add all 31 characters of your address enter only the portion that fits. This will not have any impact on the accuracy of your tax return
