Question

I have error for Form 1 penalties on IRA . We're still working on updates related to Penalties on IRAs, retirement plans, MSA's distribution (Form 1099-R) that qualify

when will turbo tax be ready to support this section so i can submit my taxes electronically?

According to the following TurboTax Article, it looks like this issue has been resolved. From your post It looks like you are using the Online version. I would suggest closing out of TurboTax and clear your cache and delete cookies. Then do a reboot and sign back into your TurboTax account.

I did clear cache and delete cookies and it is still populating
