We cannot see any of your information and do not know what other income (if any) you received in 2024, so cannot tell you if you need to file a tax return.

If you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance you will be required to file.

Who has to file?

If you receive social security and you make withdrawals from an IRA, you probably need to file and pay taxes, although it depends on the exact amounts.  No one can tell you the answer without knowing your details, but you can use the IRS web site to help.

If you start a return in Turbotax online, it is free to start, and if you don't have to file, the program will tell you so and you won't have to pay.
