You should try deleting your 1099-K and then re-enter it.

It's possible that you have entered it into the incorrect section or for some reason did not complete all of the interview questions.

To do this in TurboTax Online you can follow these steps:

    1. Click on Tax Tools in the black menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. Click on Tools.
    3. Click on Delete a Form
    4. Scroll down to your Form 1099-K and click "Delete".
    5. Then go back to the Self-Employment section under Wages & Income
    6. Click the dropdown to "Show More"
    7. Click Start and then answer all of the questions about the income
    8. When you get to the screen that says "Let's enter the income for XXX work" select Form 1099-K and continue to enter your information

To do this in TurboTax Desktop, you can use the following steps:

    1. Click on "Forms" in the top right of your TurboTax screen to switch to "Forms Mode"
In your left panel scroll down to Form 1099-K
    2. At the bottom left of the Form 1099-K that shows in your right panel
    3. Select "Delete Form" and then select "pop-up" in the pop-up box to confirm the deletion.
    4. Click on your search icon at the top right of your TurboTax screen and type "Form 1099-K" in the search box.
    5. Click on the link "Jump to Form 1099-K"
    6. Follow your TurboTax screens and reenter your form and answer all of the follow-up questions.
