If you have no income to enter on a tax return then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.  The IRS will not process a tax return with no income entered.

If you are receiving Social Security benefits any stimulus funds for you will be deposited into the same bank account as your SS benefits.

Once again your copy and paste answer completely ignores the information given in my query. I have applied for benefits, but do not yet receive.

That was NOT a copy and paste.  It was exactly the information required based on your post.

For any stimulus information use this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/economic-impact-payments-what-you-need-to-know

The IRS does not have my direct deposit information. What can I do?

In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
