Question

I have no w-2 as we do not work but i have 1099

where do i enter the 1099

    What type of 1099 do you have?  This will determine where you enter it.

     

    You can use the search feature in TurboTax and enter the form type in the box then select Jump To to get to the proper place to enter the 1099.  

     

    Be sure that when you enter the 1099, that you are matching the form name to the name of the form on the screen so the income is properly reported and taxed.
