Question

I have not received a 1099-B from either of the investment firms that I had trading activity (Fidelity and Vanguard). On my Tax Forms with each firm neither lists 1099-B

You need to contact Fidelity and Vanguard and get your 1099-Bs, if you had sales of investments in those accounts.

Were these maybe in IRA or 401K accounts?  Then you only only report distributions or rollovers from a 1099R.
