I have not received my 1099-R for 2024. How do I retrieve that form so I can go ahead and file my taxes?

I did receive a distribution from my 401-K, but taxes were taken out. This is for yr 2024.

Keep waiting. They usually don't send out the 1099R until mid to late February. I've gotten a couple so far but still waiting on others. You might be able to log into your 401K account and see if you can download the pdf before they mail it. And their website should tell you when they will be ready. What company is it? My Vanguard account says it will be ready Jan 29.
