That looks right.  What is wrong? IRA goes on 4a/4b and 401K & Pensions go on 4c/4d. The taxable amount is on the b and d line.  It is determined by the little IRA checkbox between boxes 7&8 on your 1099R.  Did you miss checking it or checked it by mistake on your 1099R?

I've tried everything, but can't get the IRA only to show in 4a and 4b and the Pension only to show in 4c and 4d. It adds both together. This is my first year using TurboTax and am simulating what my tax accountant did for 2019. She retired and will use Turbotax for 2020 and do my own taxes. Just trying to learn how. Thanks.

As I said the line is determined by the checkbox on your 1099R.   See screen shot.  If you don't have this box on your pension 1099R then do not check it on the entry screen.  So go back and delete the X.  Or delete your Pension 1099R and re-enter it.
