I didn’t spend any of this money in Oklahoma it was used to keep out vehicles and House from being taken by the bank because work was slow.

So you are saying that you lived in Oklahoma part of the year, and in Texas the rest of the year?

If so, then during the Oklahoma interview, since Oklahoma knows that you are filing a pert-year return, TurboTax will ask you to allocate the income that belongs to Oklahoma.

If you received the distributions while you were living in Texas, then you would not report them to Oklahoma.

For example, there is a screen with the heading "Oklahoma Income" that has Pensions & Annuities. In the left column is the federal amount for the 1099-R forms. In the right column, you enter the amount of the 1099-Rs that you received while you were living in Oklahoma.

Make sense? It all depends on where you were when you received the distributions from your 401(k) plan(s).
