Question

I have uploaded all my 1099 forms from my broker accounts. However, TurboTax is still prompting for my 1099 forms and asking to connect to their accounts. What to do?

I wanted to refer to the uploaded documents instead of connecting to my accounts.

    You may have Form 1099's carried over from the previous year. You can look at the forms in your tax file and delete the ones that are duplicates as follows:

     

    Choose the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar while working on your return

    2. Choose Tools

    3. Choose the Delete a form option under Other Helpful links 

    4. Find the duplicate Forms 1099 in the list and delete them

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
