I have W-2 and Form SSA-1099 but I am not being asked to enter it and is ready to fill. Why?

No it isn't ready
...you know you have to enter those $$, so navigate back to the Wages&Income section, and find the plae to enter ALL your income, no matter what form type it is reported on.
