I keep getting need review when I try to file and it is pointing to 1040 lines are not filled outright. I have been retired for 5 years and all I have is 1099?

Did you go through the program, step by step? You may need to go through it again, clicking no to wages, answer the foreign account question, etc. Some questions must be asked and answered for a legal return.
