Question

I'm being asked repeatedly to complete box 16A and it is blank on both of my 1099R forms

The form will not complete without this information.

    You can try putting a zero in the box ($0.00), to see if that fixes the issue.

     

    You could also try logging out of the program, and clearing your cache and cookies. ‌

    Make sure all updates have been made to your TurboTax program.

    You could also try deleting your Form 1099-R and reentering it.
