I'm missing my form for my simple IRA, can I file without?

It was probably sent to my old address. I've tried contacting their office, but they didn't respond yet

I would suggest that you file an extension while waiting for the missing form.

You would have to pay any tax due by April 15 to avoid penalties and interest.

There is no fee for filing an extension in TurboTax.
