I'm on the part where it ask if I have contributed to a Roth IRA. I contribute to TSP which was about 3k and I already put that down on the first income section when filling out the W2 manually. Am I

W2 manually. Am I also including what I got on there for this part too? Or is this talking about additional to the TSP

It would be in addition to the TSP. If you did not contribute any more than what was already reported on your W-2 do not enter anything in this section.

The TSP is not an IRA. Enter the items in box 12 of your W-2 (in particular, any amounts shown with code D or code AA) only on TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
