I'm 31 years old and married in November 2016. I am not disabled and do not receive any fiances from the government. I'm a full-time GED (Not college) student and do not make over 2k in a year as I'm not full-time employed. I will not be filing taxes, nor will my husband.

She may be able to, especially if she provided more than 1/2 of your care for the year.  Please use the IRS Who Can I Claim As A Dependent questionnaire to get a definite answer.  Upon completion she will know if she will be able to claim you as a dependent.
