Question

I'm stuck on an IRA RMD question where the RMD was completed during the correction window, but TurboTax doesn't like the answer "Yes", or "No". What do I do?

It also won't accept "No Entry". Whatever I pick, it asks me for one of the others, then fails and starts over.

    I suggest you delete that 1099-R and re-enter it.

     

    I'm not sure of what you mean by the "correction window."

    1. If you delete that posting and start it over it should not be a problem.
    2. Complete the interview or go BACK to Review your 1099-R info
    3. Chose the record with the problem
    4. Select the Trash can to the right of it
    5. Choose [YES] to delete it.
