Question

I’m trying to do my taxes and it’s asking for the total amount of traditional IRA contribution for 2023. Do i put what I made from January 2024-April 2024 on there?

It’s asking “of how much of your 2023 contributions did you contribute in 2024?” and i’m confused if i put only the 2023 amount or the 2023 AND 2024 amount?

If you made (or will make) a contribution for tax year 2023 in 2024, include that amount.
