I'm US Green Card holder living in California who is retired. I received social security pension from Japanese Government, Japan Pension. Which form do I use to report it

Which form do I use to report the income from the Japanese social security, Japan Pension?

You can use the Form 1099-R in the Personal Income section.  Enter as much information as you have available.  You have the ability to enter a foreign address.  In Box 7 enter 7 for a normal distribution.  Leave the I have info in boxes 17-19 unchecked.
