I made an additional payment of state taxes due to roth conversion of traditional IRA. Where do I enter that?

I have tried searching on TurboTax (web) and it tells me to go to deductions and credits but I do not see how to enter this single payment I made to GA. It was not associated with an extension. I entered it in "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099, which is technically not correct since it wasn't "withholding" but an additional payment. Thanks for any clarification.

Use these steps to enter the estimated payments you made for your 2023 tax return:

    • On the top row of the TurboTax screen, click on Search
    • This opens a box where you can type in “estimated tax payments”
    • The search results will give you an option to “Jump to estimated tax payments
    • Click on the blue “Jump to estimated tax payments” link
    • Click Start beside state estimated taxes for 2024 to enter the payment details

Or you can go to Federal > Deductions & Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Estimates and click Start.
