I need the Social Security EIN and address

    Of who? For what?  You will need to contact the person who paid you to get their Social Security Number, EIN or Address.

    If you have a business and you are entering business income, you can do this without having the payers information.  You will just enter it in the box that says Cash as you walk through the business income section.
