To enter the 1099-SA, go to Federal Taxes->Deductions & Credits->Medical and click on "HSA, MSA Contributions".

Be sure to proceed all the way through the HSA interview, because form 8889 is not completed until the interview is completed. An incomplete 8889 yields incorrect answers.

You will know that the interview is finished when you are returned to the "Your Tax Breaks" screen.

To enter a 1099-R, go to Federal Taxes->Wages & Income->Retirement Plans and Social Security and click on "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)".

Enter the information into TurboTax just as you see it on the 1099-R.
