I need to change the lump sum payment to NO!

    I assume you are referring to social security lump-sum payments.

     

    You need to go back into the section where you entered you social security payments and on the screen that says Review your Lump-sum payment information, delete the entry there. Then go back through the social security entry screens again and on the screen that says Did you receive any lump-sum payments, answer "N0".
