Please follow the steps below to change the social security number on Form W-2: Click on Tax Home from the Left side menu. Click on Personal Info from main screen and then click on Review/Edit. You will then see your Personal Info Summary. You can edit your SSN Number here and it will update it on all the relevant forms.
