I need to edit my 401k contribution amount. How do I go back in the app to do so
I made the mistake of putting this period contributions to my 401k instead of year to date contributions. How can I go back to change it?
Your contributions to the employer sponsored 401(k) are only reported on your W-2 in box 12 with a code of D. There is no where else on the tax return to enter these contributions.
