Question

I only have one IRA. Why all the questions about a second one?

Please remove second one. Only one 1099R.

    You can delete the second 1099-R:
     

    1. Click "Wages & Income" (under Federal) on the left
    2. Scroll down to ""IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R)" and click "Add/Edit"
    3. On the "Review your 1099-R info" screen delete the 2nd 1099-R.

    or

     

    1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”  
    2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
    3. On the "Review your 1099-R info" screen delete the 2nd 1099-R.
