You will need to upgrade to TurboTax (TT) Self Employed. You can enter your contract labor expenses, on schedule C, in the TT interview. 

Be advised that you are required to issue each person that you paid more than $600 a form 1099-Misc. TT Self Employed can do this for you. If you fail to file the 1099s, the IRS can disallow your labor deductions and impose a failure to file penalty.
