I receive a retirement pension from my Union from New York. Do I have to report it?

Yes, you do have to enter your retirement income on your federal return.
Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
