Question

I received 1099-R for a 401K rollover. I did NOT take any distribution. Box 2a Taxable amount is $0. Do I still report it on my Turbo Tax Form?

    Yes.

You have to report this form 1099-R on your tax return.

The rollover will not be taxable.

Enter the form 1099-R and in TurboTax Online continue with the TurboTax interview until you arrive at the page Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion, click on the radio button I rolled over some or all of it to an IRA or other retirement account within the time limits (normally 60 days)

To be clear, this was a distribution from the 401(k).  It's just that the rollover made it a nontaxable distribution, nontaxable income.
