I received a consolidated 1099 from Edward Jones however I did not withdraw any money from my retirement account does it still get entered on my return?

Your consolidated 1099 from EJ may include things other than a distribution.
It will often have dividends, interest, and capital gains/loss.
This is what makes it consolidated. It reports multiple items on one document.
Make sure you do not have any of the other items to report.
