I received a gross distribution for a legal settlement from Transamerica with withholding tax taken out but did not receive a 1099 form yet.How do I enter that income ?

The gross distribution was for $ 734.61 with withholding of $ 73.46, The fee component was $ 674.45 and the interest component was $ 60.16.

You must wait for the 1099 form. They have until Jan 31 to send it to you.
