Question

I received a K-1, Form 1065 from an investment in my IRA account. It appears there is some UBTI, which also appears to be over $1,000, what do I do?

The notice I received from the custodian said to NOT include any K-1 information on my personal tax return.

The Schedule K-1 which belongs to your IRA must not be reported on your personal tax return. Just keep it in your tax records.

All income within your IRA is tax-deferred.
