Question

I received a lump sum payment from SSD that I had to repay to my insurance. where do I enter this repayment?

Assuming the repayment was for disability premiums then you would enter as a medical expense in the "Deductions & Credits" section.  If your total itemized deductions exceed your standard deduction then medical expenses paid that are over 7.5% of your adjusted gross income will be included as part of your itemized deductions.
