Question

I reside in Arizona and receive a pension from the School Employees Retirement System in Michigan. Am I subject to non-resident taxes in Michigan?

No.   Unless you live in MI your pension is not taxable in MI.  Your income is taxable in the state in which you live--which is AZ.
