You can get your SSA-1099 using your online my Social Security account. You can also call 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., or by contacting your local Social Security office.

Enter the information into the program. Some, all or none of it may be taxable. Please follow the steps in this link, Where do I enter an SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM, or SSA-1099-R-OP1?

HOW TO GET SSA-1099

If you cannot find your SSA1099,you can get one from your nearest Social Security office, or there is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one.  Go to www.ssa.gov  You have to create an account with a user name and password.

https://www.ssa.gov/onlineservices/

https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/

Do not try to enter your SSA1099  or RR1099RB as a W-2.  Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
