No - Since you are (were) a sole proprietor and had no income or expenses for the business you don't have to include Schedule C in your return.

Yes do I have to file for business or can I just do a personal return? I actually have no income to claim. I get compensation from the Veterans Administration for my husband who is deceased and SOC Security no other income.

No - Since you are (were) a sole proprietor and had no income or expenses for the business you don't have to include Schedule C in your return.
