Question

I rolled over my 401k to a traditional IRA. Do I check the box that says I moved it to a Roth 401k, roth 403b, or a 457 b?

    If the rollover was to a Traditional IRA, you should answer No to Roth 401(k) , 403(b) or 457(b) AND No to Roth IRA.

     

    This rollover is not taxable.
