I rolled over my 401k to an IRA in January 2019. Is this reportable on my 2018 tax return?

No, this is not reportable on your 2018 Tax Return since the rollover occurred in 2019.

You will receive a Form 1099-R for 2019 reporting the rollover which you will need to include on your 2019 Tax Return.

The assumption in this answer is that the distribution from the 401(k) occurred in 2019.  If the distribution occurred in 2018 and you received a 2018 Form 1099-R reporting the distribution, it must be reported on your 2018 tax return even though the rollover was not completed until 2019.
